7. Cycle life of 72V lithium robot batteries?

LiFePO4 batteries can support at least 3,000 cycles (80% DoD); Li-ion ternary batteries (NMC) are about 800-1,200 cycles. Actual lifespan is affected by Depth of Discharge (DoD), charging strategy, and operating temperature.

8. Is the 72V lithium robot battery safe in a high temperature environment?

The built-in BMS of LEAD-WIN's lithium battery monitors the temperature in real time and will automatically cut off the output if it exceeds 60℃. It is recommended to avoid prolonged operation in environments >50℃, and install a heat dissipation system if necessary.
