I. Holiday Schedule

February 12th to 23th, 2026 will be a holiday break; work will officially resume on February 24th, 2026, resuming normal production, sales, and after-sales service.

II. Holiday Arrangements

  • 1. Order Processing: During the holiday, the company will suspend new order acceptance, order review, shipment, and product production. Distributors are requested to plan their inventory accordingly and submit and confirm orders in advance. Orders not processed during the holiday will be processed in the order of submission after work resumes on February 24th. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 2. After-Sales Service: During the holiday, routine inquiries and after-sales matters will be suspended. If you encounter urgent after-sales issues (such as sudden product malfunctions or major cooperation matters), please contact the emergency contact person. We will arrange for a dedicated person to respond within 24 hours to fully protect your legal rights and ensure smooth cooperation.
  • 3. Consultation and Coordination: During the holiday, routine matters such as sales inquiries and cooperation negotiations can be handled through messages or email (info@lybess.com). We will review and reply as soon as possible after work resumes to ensure your arrangements are not delayed.
